We set up a discovery call to get the full scope of the project. Once all the information is gathered, a full project proposal is sent your way to outline the full cost, timeline and deliverables. If both parties are happy, and once a 50% deposit is received, the fun begins.
Our initial step is to produce a Creative Direction for the project, which we craft from the ideas and inspiration that you've provided, along with any competitors in your space. We’ll typically present 2 / 3 directions that we believe are strong, and cherry pick your favourite parts to form the basis of the project.
During the creative process we will do regular, scheduled, check-ins with you to ensure everything is on track, and heading in the right direction. This addresses any issues early and also, stops you from feeling you’re being left in the dark, removing the need for you to feel like you need to chase us on the progress of your project.
After everything is complete, we will do a full project showcase and iron out any final revisions that maybe required. Once everyone is happy, the project is signed off and the remaining 50% is paid, everything is packaged up and sent over to you, ready to be put out into the world.
Great for people who need things quickly, with the minimum of fuss. The off-the-shelf approach.
The way this works, is super simple. Once you’ve subscribed, we will get you set up with a job board and instructions on how to use it. In there you create job cards for each task that you need doing, along with the information required to get the job started.
In the Project Backlog list, you can create as many jobs as you like / need, and move the one that you want done first into the active request list (only 1 project can be active at a time). This will be picked up by us and worked on with an average turnaround of 2-3 working days. Bigger projects will be delivered in more manageable chunks.
Feel free to feedback as much as you like, revisions are unlimited. Once you’re happy with the project, move it into the Approved list and then move the next job from your project backlog into the active list and the process begins again.
This gives you total control of what is worked on, just like it would be if you had someone in house doing it for you. Subscribe, request, receive. It couldn’t be easier…
